Today

Today in hops we watched a movie on culture austtralian food and ti was ve instating we also got our assignment and i am going to work with jessica yeah it is going to be a great assignment

today in hospo we made chocolate chip cookies and they very yum because for the first time we put the correct flour in and they were amazing because they very cooked perfectly and i would love to cook them again because they were wonderful

today in hops we made upside down cake
it was very yum but it wasn't fully cooked in the middle and so i didn't really like it that much. i cooked with pippin today and she and i had fun because we both sharded the cleaning up and worked well together.

caramel tarts and lemon cheesecake tart

today in hospo we made caramel and lemon cheesecake tarts, in this lesson we had to work in groups of 4 and we worked with diana and michell and they made the lemon cheesecake ones and we made the caramel tarts they were very nice to make they tasted very nice and sweet but they were very sickling

vol au vents

today in hospo we made vol au vents and they were very nice we had to workin a group of 4 and we worked with nat and dayna and they made the ham  and corn ones and we made the tuna and cheese ones becuase they were the best ones ever it was really fun making them

brownies

today in hospo we made browines and they were very yum and full of chocolate. in this lession i was working with nat becuase dayna didnt want to work with her so i got to work with her. today was a fun hospo lession becuase it was napland before and so with  brownies after hospo it was so fun to relax

today in hospo we made pasta with spring veggies and it was very yummy becuase the pasta was well cooked and the veggies were not frozen and they were very yummy. gg and i worked very well and we finished on time and we packed everything away and cleaned it all up and we worked as a team. the things i learnt in this lesson was that you need to cook the pasta right the way through and to not put the pasta in cold water or it will stick together
