Chilli con carne wraps

In hospo today we made chilli  con carne wraps. I liked making them but I didn't eat mine because it was all soggy when I got home so I didn't bother eating it but I was fun to make it because I always make chilli at home so it was a change making it in hospo as it had a different recipe  it was a lot different from the way I make it



Theory

In hospo today we work on the assignment today but I have finished it I just need to add it on to my blog so I am gonna do it on the weekend. I can't wait to start the prac part of this jess and I have come with a great idea to make a kid under the water theme for the pasta part. We are gonna make seaweed out of curly spinaced pasta and have octopus pasta. It is gonna be a lot of fun

Theory

Today in hospo we were working on our assignment and I was working on the work sheet that ms George gave us. It was pretty hard to do I didn't like the crosswords becuase it was a lot of finding the words of food that I don't really know to good. I am so happy to have finished my assignment I can't wait to do the other parts like making the pasta jess and I are going have lots of fun yay

apricot slice

this was the best food i have ever made the apricot slice was so yummy and very easy to make and pippin and i have lots of fun to me the apricot slice was something i would love to make again and again my family ate all mine so i didnt get as much as i wish i did. it was very ymmy though

sushi

today we made sushi omg it was so much fun but we sucked at wrapping it i will never work in a sushi place because i have no skill when making it, also the rice was really hard becuase we had to cook it the day before so it wasnt like at the sushi places. if i were to make it again i would make the rice on the same day so that it can taste better

caramel apple pull aparts

today we made caramel apple pull aparts and they were ok. they were so sugarey and i didnt like it that much. i would perfect to make something savery not sweet. and i amk not a real fan of pecans at all.. i had fun though making them, they were good and easy to make but to sugaery for my liking. i wont maker them again i dont think \

today in theroy we got our assigment and jess and i are working in the pracitcal together. i am looking forward to this assigment as it is with pasta and i love pasta. this assignment i am gonna try my hardest to work on it and i am wanted to get the best grade i possibliy can. i love doing hospo and i am gonna do it nexst year

marinated eggplant and mozzarella focaccia

today in hospo we made focaccia and today i had to work with geogia as jess was away so gerogia and i made the meals. she was good to work with and we worked well together. the focaccia was so good to eat and was not that hard to make. i would love to make it again as it was very yummy to eat. i now have found a new meal to make at home as this is very easy and good to eat. i love doing hospo it is so much fun and you learn so much

Today we made lemon tea cake omg it was so yummy, I want to make more of this becuase it was so yummy I learnt a lot in this prac  lesson  I learnt that jess and I are a really good pair to work with and that I love cooking with her
