Lemon cheesecake

Today in hospo we made lemon cheese cake. This lemon cheese cake was so good. I learnt how to make cheesecake because I didn't really know have to make .it know I can make anytime and I really enjoyed it. The cheesecake tasted so nice. Jess and I worked well together we finished early so we went to the room next door and had fun. I think that was the best hospo lesson we had I really enjoyed it.
