Today in hospo I was working in my assignment. When doing this assignment I found it a bit hard to research becuase there was so much to find in the brief research on the 4 special food needs. I chose to do vegetarian, high cholesterol,type two diabetes and lactose intolerance. I found a lot of information for each of these special food needs. I am almost finished my research and ready to post the final on my blog yay
