chicken and avocado quesadillas

today we made chicken and avocado quesadillas and they were very yum.
they remind me of america when i use to live on then.
they were very cheesey though so it was going to make them again i would not eat so much cheese as it was to cheesey.
overall i really enjoyed this lesson the most

today

today we cooked chicken sang choy bow. it was very yum and very easy to make, we made it just like when chinenses restuants make it. they tasted amazing and i would have loved to make them again because they where so yum

today

today in hospo we made tarts and they were very yumming
i cooked my with pippin and we had to grate an orange. i had to do it because pippin didnt do it correctly so i had to take over for her.
it was really fun making these and my family loved them

evaluation

The goal of the practial part of the  assignment was to find a way make an unusual native australian food. the goal of the reasearching part of the assignment was to find information about a country that australia uses the food from in australian cooking.

We had 3 weeks to work on the reaserching part of the assignment. for the practical part we had about 2 to 4 weeks to work it out.

The time was adequate because it was all will planed and it was enought to do both parts of the assignment with out stressing.

when cooking this meal i learnt that kangaroo and tacos mix well as you dont even taste the kangaroo and i though i would taste it.

the skills i need was to know how to cook the kangaroo correctly so it wasnt under cook or over cooked.

the skills that i already knew were how to use the equipment and how to read the recipe. these are both very important things you need to know.

the skills i develop was how to cook the kangaroo correctly.

our task was very successful becuase we made it in the time limit and it turn out very nice and yum.

the finished product look great as the colour scheme was very appropraite because it is a mexican food and so it had the colours of a mexican meal. the meal tasted great as you couldnt even taste the kangaroo. we served  exactly like how tacos should be served.

our planing on doing this assigment was very good we worked well together and we shared all the work equaly.

no i wouldnt make this item again becuase it was not that amazing as i hope.

yes we researched adequatlety before hand we finished reseaching two weeks before the assignment was due.

i would change that wer cooked a savory meal because i wanted to cook a dessert as it would have tasted a whole lot better.

no we didnt change anything about the recipe.

i choice made the requirement as it was to make a meal that had something native to australia and it did it was kangaroo tacos. our food on the food pyramid is in the high range of it so it is fine to eat it has the veggies like tomato lettuce cheese and has the meat. the taco is just the un healthy thing.

the whole tast was interesting it was fun reasearching a country and it was interesing trying to find a way to cook an unusual australian native meal.

the challenging part of this assignment was trying to find a meal that was native to australia and that it was yum.

i learnt that kangaroo doesnt taste like anything when you have it with tacos.

we could have the tacos to buritos as it would have been healthier. i task could have been improved to be more healthier as then tacos are fried and cooked in alot of oil.
