- 125ml(1/2 cup) milk
- 4 tbl vanilla-flavoured yoghurt
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 tbl honey
- fruit of your choice: eg. bananas, mango, strawberries, frozen berries, passionfruit etc.
Method
Place the fruit, milk, ice cubes, honey and yoghurt in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth. Pour evenly between 2 serving glasses.
